Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the provision of web development services under the Seamless WebPro Agency Growth Partnership plans ("Service") offered by Rainvo ("Company"). These T&C apply to the Starter Plan, Core Plan, and Enterprise Plan (collectively, "Plans").
Service Provision
The Company provides comprehensive Webflow development services, which are detailed in each specific Plan and include project management, development, and quality assurance.
Payment Terms
The Service fees are stipulated in the subscribed Plan. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Clients have the ability to cancel the Service at any time; however, fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
Client Obligations
Clients must provide all necessary information, access, and feedback to facilitate the Service delivery. Clients also bear responsibility for the procurement and management of domain names and any third-party services not explicitly included in the Plans.
Intellectual Property
All final work products delivered to the Client upon full payment become the Client's property. The Company retains the right to use any general knowledge, experience, or skills gained during the provision of the Service.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information unless disclosure is required by law or with mutual consent in writing.
Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the total amount paid by the Client within the first month of the subscription. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Clients may cancel the Service at any time. Upon cancellation, all Services will cease, and no future payments will be charged. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Service with immediate effect if a Client violates these T&C.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through mutual negotiation and, failing resolution, through arbitration in accordance with the jurisdiction's laws where the Company is registered.
Amendments
The Company may amend these T&C as needed, with notice provided to Clients. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
Exclusions
The Company is not responsible for issues arising from third-party integrations, domain management, or any services not expressly included in the Plans.
